HIGHLIGHTS:

Brand & Digital Strategy // Co-authored the 2015 global brand strategy for Cadillac as a member of the cross-agency strategy council. I currently oversee and coordinate planning for all digital channels including Cadillac.com, CRM, OLA (online advertising) social, digital analytics and digital content experiences.

New Business Development // Established the DBA Healthcare Division in 2008,  as of 2014, division represented over 60% of the agency revenue. Averages 2-3 new client wins a year, winning over $7.6 million dollars in new revenue in the last 5 years.

Management & Leadership // Supervised teams ranging from 6-12. As the Principal of DBA Healthcare, I oversaw the account service, media, production and creative teams servicing healthcare clients. I managed large local and national integrated campaigns and functioned as a primary lead for client relationships. As a creative director, I directly managed, hired, mentored and conducted reviews for teams of copywriters, art directors, interactive art directors, designers and interns.

Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital // Developed brand experience (including brand strategy, retail environment, branding, patient experience, product innovation) and advertising campaign to launch new hospital. Results: nationally recognized for changing the landscape of a hospital experience, successful launch campaign exceeded patient volume projections by 400%. 

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center // Created national reputation management marketing campaign for both physician and consumer targets. Integrated campaign featured print, digital, outdoor, social engagement and television. Results: Reputation scores have risen in multiple specialties, location launch marketing received most successful location launches in history of the brand. 

Hungry Howie’s Pizza // Led the re-branding effort and developed the cause marketing strategy for their Love, Hope and Pizza Campaign supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Results: 16 consecutive quarters of sales growth, raised over $1 Million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and have grown their Facebook community to over 300k.

Read With Me // Graduate Work: Created interactive reading platform for parents and kids. Results: Project was chosen for department investor presentation. Platform is under consideration for investment opportunities. 

Cincinnati Children’s Live// Innovated social engagement campaign featuring live on-line events with clinical experts. Engaging families seeking treatment for rare diseases. Developed integrated social advertising campaign to promote the event. Results: social engagement has achieved over 600% ROI and over 220% projected appointments.
